1. Who is responsible for your information

Allies Compliance Services is the personal information controller for personal information that it determines how and why to process. ACS is located at 2190 Leveriza Street, Barangay 38, Pasay City, Philippines 1300.

This policy is intended to support transparency under Republic Act No. 10173, or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you interact with ACS, we may receive:

• Contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, company or business name, and job role.
• Consultation details, such as your selected schedule, meeting information, and the concern or service you wish to discuss.
• Communications you send through email, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Google Calendar, or other contact channels.
• Business and service information you voluntarily provide so we can understand your inquiry or deliver requested services.
• Technical information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, and website activity, collected through our website's analytics and advertising tools (see Section 6).

Please do not send tax records, government identification numbers, account credentials, financial documents, or other sensitive information through the website or an initial booking message unless ACS specifically requests them through an appropriate channel.

3. How we collect information

We may collect information directly from you when you schedule a consultation, contact ACS, submit an inquiry, communicate with us, or engage our services. We may also receive limited technical information automatically from the website, its hosting provider, or services you choose to open from the website.

4. Why we use personal information

ACS may process personal information to:

• respond to inquiries and requests;
• schedule, confirm, reschedule, or conduct consultations;
• assess whether and how ACS can provide a requested service;
• prepare proposals, establish and administer client engagements, and provide agreed services;
• maintain business records and communicate with clients or prospective clients;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and our services;
• measure website or advertising performance through the analytics and advertising tools described in Section 6; and
• comply with legal, regulatory, professional, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on your consent, steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest that does not override your rights and interests.

5. Third-party services and disclosures

ACS may use service providers that process information to support website hosting, communications, appointment scheduling, online meetings, security, analytics, or advertising. When you schedule through Google Calendar, the booking information you enter is processed by Google and may also be received and used by ACS to arrange and conduct your consultation. Current website links may also direct you to Google Meet, WhatsApp/Meta, and Facebook/Meta. Their own privacy terms apply when you use their platforms.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, contractors, or government and regulatory authorities when reasonably necessary and permitted or required by law. ACS does not disclose personal information merely for unrelated purposes.

Some providers may process or store information outside the Philippines. Where applicable, ACS will take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and processing.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. This website uses essential browser storage to remember that you acknowledged the privacy notice and to support website operation.

This website also uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure website and advertising performance — for example, which pages are visited and whether a visitor takes an action such as scheduling a consultation. These tools may set cookies and process technical information such as your IP address and device information. You can manage or disable these cookies through your browser settings, and Google and Meta each provide their own opt-out tools, though blocking them may affect how some features work.

When you open an external service such as Google Calendar, Google Meet, WhatsApp, or Facebook, that provider may set its own cookies or collect information under its privacy policy.

7. Retention

ACS retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to administer an inquiry or client relationship, and to satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, professional, accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, or security requirements. Information that is no longer required will be securely deleted, anonymized, or disposed of when practicable.

8. Security

ACS uses reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights

Subject to the Data Privacy Act and applicable limitations, you may have the right to be informed, object, access your personal information, request correction, request erasure or blocking, obtain data portability where applicable, claim damages, and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

You may also withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may affect our ability to provide a requested service.

10. Children’s privacy

The ACS website and services are intended for business owners, professionals, and adults. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

ACS may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, website tools, services, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
